The CSB Fitness Center Registration Information:

**Please only sign up yourself on the registration page. We can only have 16 people in the fitness center at a time. Walk ins welcome. We cannot guaruntee a spot will be open for you in the fitness center as a walk in.
What to Expect:
Must Show current CSB ID
You can only sign up for 1 time slot per day 7 days a week
Next week time slots will be available every Friday by 4pm
Please arrive on time. If you don’t arrive within 10 minutes after start time your slot will be given to others if walk-in students are waiting.
- You must check in at the Rec Desk before entering the Fitness Center. You will be symptom screened (questions and temperature checked).
You must wipe down machine/s and equipment before and after each use.
No locker rooms will be available. Come Dressed in athletic gear and have a pair of clean shoes to change into.
Restrooms in the upper HCC will be available.
Field House is Walk in- No need to register for use. Cardio Equipment and Weight Equipment Avaialble in Field House.
Bring your own water bottle. Water Fountains will be unavailable. Hydration stations will be available to fill bottles.
At the end of your workout please exit out of the patio exit located in the weight area of the fitness center.
CSB MASK POLICY:
College of St. Benedict Campus Recreation Mask Policy
This policy affects Intercollegiate and Club Teams, Campus Recreation Group Exercise classes and the CSB Fitness Center. These entities are institutionally supervised by coaches, staff or assigned student leaders. This policy affects both indoor and outdoor activities.
Participants in these entities should follow campus masking policy prior to and post training sessions. Masks should be worn to all practices and workouts (individual or team) per campus policy.
Masks should be worn during warmups, close-proximity group discussion, when transitioning between workout equipment/high intensity activities, and in any situations where you are within 6 feet or less of another individual with the following exceptions:
Masks may be removed in this situation:
- When exercise intensity is elevated and sustained, which may include team practices, strength & conditioning workouts, group exercise classes, and while using individual fitness center equipment.
- When an individual is stationary, maintaining a 6-foot distance from others and hydrating.
Every effort should be made to maintain social distancing during activities.
Masks must be worn immediately following the activity i.e. on the sideline, waiting to participate, transition to new activity, cool down, cleanup, and departure.
