CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering group exercise to be a fun way to improve their fitness level!

Class Schedule
**All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio.

Monday
4:30 - 5:30pm: Body Boost: Strength & Toning
5:30 - 6:15pm: Pilates
6:30 - 7:45pm: Yoga

Tuesday

4:30 - 5:30pm: TBC
6:30 - 7:30pm: Zumba
7:45 - 8:45pm: Yoga Sculpt

Wednesday
4:30 - 5:30pm: Zumba
5:30 - 6:30pm: Step
7:30 - 8:30pm: Yoga Sculpt

Thursday
3:30 - 4:15pm: Core Fusion
4:30 - 5:30pm: Step
5:30 - 6:30pm: Pilates
6:30 - 7:30pm: Body Boost: Strength & Toning
7:30 - 8:45pm: Yoga

Friday
4:30 - 5:30pm: Zumba

 **ALL CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO ALL CSB/SJU STUDENTS**

About Group Exercise Classes

  • All group exercise classes are FREE and conducted in either Alum Hall or the Lower Group Exercise Studio in the Haehn Campus Center.
  • All classes are taught by CSB Students. 
  • Schedule is subject to change based on academic and holiday breaks.
  • Classes are 30 minutes to 1 hour in length.
