Reporting Injuries
- Prompt Reporting is Crucial: If you are injured while on the job, immediately report the incident to your supervisor. This allows for a timely response and proper documentation. Contact CSB Campus Security 320-363-5000 or SJU Campus Life Safety at 320-363-2144 to report the incident. An officer will be dispatched to assess the injury and provide assistance.
- Accident/Incident Report: An Accident/Incident Report must be completed and submitted to Human Resources on the day of the incident.
- Workers’ Compensation Checklist: If you need medical attention following an injury, please refer to the Workers’ Compensation checklist and recommended providers.
Preventing Injuries
