CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering aerobics to be a fun way to improve their fitness level!

Class Schedule

Classes will begin Wednesday, January 14th.

Monday
4:30-5:30pm: Kettlebells, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:15pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Zumba Toning, Aerobics Studio

Tuesday
9:30-10:15am: Pilates, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:30pm: Step, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:30pm: Butts & Gutts, Alum Hall

Wednesday
4:30-5:30pm: Kickboxing, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Zumba, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:15pm: Total Body Conditioning, Aerobics Studio
6:15-7:00pm: Yoga Sculpt, Aerobics Studio

Thursday
9:30-10:15pm: Pump it Up, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:15pm: Butts & Gutts, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall
5:30-6:00pm: All About Abs, Aerobic Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Pilates, Aerobics Studio
7:15-8:00pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio

Friday
4:30-5:30pm-- Zumba, Aerobics Studio

About Aerobics Classes
  • All aerobics classes are FREE and conducted in either Alum Hall or the Aerobics Studio in the Haehn Campus Center.
  • All classes are taught by CSB Students. 
  • Schedule is subject to change based on academic and holiday breaks.
  • Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
