Reports and Evaluations
Reflection is a key component to high-quality experiential learning. Below are reports and reflection components that are required for all CSB and SJU academic interns. All reports are submitted, either by students or site supervisors, using the links below. Please note, all information is shared by XPD with the students’ faculty moderator.
Students:
- First Report
- Joint Mid-Term Evaluation
- Site Visit/Conference Call online form
- Site Visit/Conference Call Information Sheet
- Intern Final Self-Evaluation
Note:
Global Business Leadership and Accounting/Finance interns will be required to complete weekly reflections on Canvas instead of the First Report.
Site Supervisors:
Due Dates
Please know that the due dates for all reports and evaluations are determined by the following:
- Your first report should be submitted about 1 month into your internship experience. This report is waived for ACFN and GBUS/MGMT majors.
- Your second report should be submitted with about 1 month remaining in your internship experience. This report is waived for ACFN and GBUS/MGMT majors.
- The Joint Mid-Term Evaluation should be submitted halfway through your internship.
- The Site Visit should be completed about halfway through the internship experience.
- Final reports, from yourself and your site supervisor (respectively), should be turned in at or around the end of your internship.
Mandatory Reporting:
Read the policy for reporting suspected child or vulnerable adult abuse.
