Full Circle Greenhouse

The Full Circle Greenhouse is a student-run, passive solar, winter greenhouse project committed to engaging CSB and SJU in the process of growing local food. Greenhouse produce is mostly sent to campus dining facilities or sold at tabling events on campus.

There are two deep winter greenhouses, one on each campus, that are operate as Full Circle Greenhouse. The CSB greenhouse is located on the south end of campus along the road leading to Grounds and Transportation. The SJU greenhouse is located in Flynntown just west of the Vincent Court apartments.

Both greenhouses are managed by the Sustainability Office. A team of volunteers are essential for fall planting, regular watering, periodic harvesting, tabling, and delivering fresh produce from the greenhouses. Contact [email protected] to join the volunteer group.

A group of five people stand inside a greenhouse, each holding a gardening tool. They are working on what appears to be a gardening or landscaping project, as the ground is bare soil. The group is smiling and appears to be taking a break from their work.
A person stands smiling in a greenhouse, holding two large paper bags filled with greens. The greenhouse is filled with various thriving plants, including leafy greens in raised beds and vertical growing systems. Natural light streams through the translucent roof panels.
