How to access your online eBilling Statement

Students:

• Go to our college website: www.csbsju.edu
• Click on Tools at the top right side of the page
• Click on Banner Self-Service or use the following link: http://www.csbsju.edu/it-services/banner
• Choose Banner Web Self Service (CSB Students)
• Enter your Network Username and Password and select Login
• Select Student Services
• Select Student Account
• Select My Account
• On the My Account drop down arrow choose eStatements (under the logo at the top of the screen)
• Find which statement month you would like to view, then select under action the “wheel” to see the statement.

Authorized Users:

• Log on to https://secure.touchnet.com/C20052_tsa/web/login.jsp under the “Authorized User” Section. Enter email address, password, and select Login.
• Select the eStatements tab (under the logo at the top of the screen)
• In the drop-down box, select which statement month you would like to view, then click the select button.
