Pearce Jensen: Sustainability Fellow
Pearce is a 2017 graduate of Saint John’s University where he majored in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology. During his time at SJU, Pearce served as the President of the Sustainability Alliance club, worked as a Student Naturalist for Outdoor University, was a resident of the Eco-House community, was a member of the Peer Resource Program, and was involved in both the Nordic Skiing and Rock Climbing clubs. Pearce also spent two summers conducting research in Dendrochronology and Water quality for the Environmental Studies department. Through these many experiences, Pearce developed an understanding of the complex world of sustainability and hopes to educate students and staff about past and current sustainability efforts on campus in the hope that we can continue to reduce our impact on the world.
