A quiet campus scene with a mix of trees displaying fall foliage in vibrant red, orange, and yellow. A brick building with a pointed roof stands in the background. Bicycles are parked near a path, and a grassy lawn with a few scattered leaves is in the foreground.

The Johnnie Development Institute (JDI) exists to develop men of character at SJU. We do this by empowering students to intentionally craft their own sense of healthy masculine identity, avoid the pitfalls of unhealthy societal expectations, and recognize the importance of being engaged individuals.
