A modern, four-story gray building with large windows surrounded by green grass and trees. A concrete staircase with metal railings leads up to the entrance, with a large tree framing the scene on the right.

Maur and Placid apartments were built along with Bernard, Boniface, and Patrick Halls, as part of a six residence hall building project. Each apartment consists of a full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer combination, and two or six bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom. Placid-Maur apartments are located on the east side of the Tundra, between Boniface Hall and Virgil Michel apartments.
