A modern apartment complex with gray siding and white trim under a clear blue sky. The buildings have multiple stories with several small windows. Lush green lawns and trees surround the structures. A sidewalk curves in the foreground.

The Flynntown Apartments were designed by Lee Tollefson of the Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson Lindeke architectural firm of Saint Paul and were constructed in 2009.  The three-story building includes 15 apartment units to house 58 students and an elevator. There are 13 four-person apartments and two three-person apartments. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, living, two bathrooms and three or four bedrooms. The basement contains a large laundry room, and there are also small study and meeting nooks on each floor. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the building, and the space is fully air conditioned.
