A four-story concrete residential building surrounded by lush green grass and trees under a clear blue sky. The structure features rows of windows and has a symmetrical design.

Bernard Hall was built in 1967 and designed by Marcel Breuer. Bernard was built in connection with two other residence halls, Patrick and Boniface. Bernard Hall is mostly sophomore housing, with space for juniors. Bernard, otherwise known as Bernie by students, is located on the west side of the Tundra along Lake Watab, in-between the art building and Patrick and Boniface Halls.

Students may invest in storage containers for use as pull-out drawers on the shelves. Above the shelves is an open space 41 inches tall with the same depth and width as the shelves. Additionally, the closet includes space, open from the floor to the top, with a rod for hanging clothing.

Mattresses – All mattresses are extra long (39″ x 80″).
**When purchasing bed sheets, be sure you are buying Twin XL sized linens.
