- 1st - 4th floor offer single and double rooms with primarily shared bath / restroom facilities located on the far end on each floor. All rooms have a vanity area with hot and cold running water and a mirror.
- Climate controlled.
- Small central lounges on all of the upper floors.
- Laundry facilities conveniently located on each floor. (Machines are available to use at no cost, but you must provide your own laundry detergent.)
- Centrally located in the middle of campus with walkway access to the Quadrangle on the first floor.
- Elevator access to all floors. Several fully accessible handicap rooms available.
