Snowshoe Making Workshop

A special session designed for current CSB/SJU students.

Saturday, February 20, 2021

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

You will come away from this workshop with your own pair of laced Ojibwe style snowshoes. We will demonstrate bending snowshoe frames and teach lacing techniques.

  • Free for CSB/SJU students thanks to funding from Saint Ben's and Saint John's Senates.
  • Space limited to 10 participants.
  • Registration will be completed by lottery. A random drawing will select 10 students from all the registrations received by the deadline of Wed, Feb 10.
  • Students will be notified no later than Fri, Feb 12 of their status in the lottery: selected, waitlist, not selected.
  • Selected students who do not show up will be charged a $25 materials fee.
