Scavenger Hunt
11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Meet at the IWL in the HCC at 11am, receive your list of search items, and then head out to the Saint Ben's Monastery woods - individually or in teams! Bring your friends! Prizes will be awarded.

Polar Bear Plunge

Are you ready to take a dip in the lake before winter sets in? Meet at the Lake Sagatagan beach for this annual Outdoor Week tradition!  A bonfire and hot cocoa will be provided. Bring a towel and warm clothes to change into after your swim.

Medallion Hunt

Check your email for the medallion hunt clues. A clue will be sent out every day from the OLC. Once the medallion is found it will not be hidden again! A list of rules will be provided in the first email from the OLC!

Loon's at Saint John's: MN Natural History Lecture
6:30-8:00 p.m.
New Science Center, SJU

Within this lecture, Carol Jansky (CSB/SJU Biology) will discuss the natural history of loons from spring reproduction to fall migration in the context of a beginning naturalist's observations of the Saint John's loons. The male loons from Lakes Sagatagan and Stumpf are included in a study of migration and botulism by the USGS and preliminary results will be shown.
