For Bonfire Requests: If you do not have a CSB/SJU department or club budget number, you must provide a credit card number. When you submit this form you will be redirected to a secure payment page. Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until after the date of your bonfire. For your data security, we cannot accept credit card information entered in this request form or sent by email. Student ID numbers are NOT valid account numbers.

that I will receive an e-mail from Outdoor U confirming my reservation of Watab Picnic Grounds or my other requested location.

that I will receive a SECOND e-mail from Life Safety (320-363-2144) confirming permission for my event and that my event is NOT AUTHORIZED until I receive that permit. CAMPING EVENTS MUST SET UP A SAFETY PLAN WITH LIFE SAFETY.
