“If ever there was an example of a student taking seriously our oft-stated goal of educating the whole person, that student is Sarah,” said Professor Cynthia Malone. Sarah Neve is an English major with a focus in creative writing. She has a minor in music studies and, while she could have graduated early, has chosen to add a second minor in exercise/health science (to help her become a stronger high school diving coach in the future). Neve is an ambitious writer who has written novels of 50,000 words in each of the last seven years during National Novel Writing Month. She is a reliable volunteer with her home parish’s Vacation Bible School and annual fundraising festival.
