Jane Koll has embraced the spirit of the liberal arts and her opportunities for broad-based learning. “If I have learned anything in college,” she said, “it’s that the process of acquiring new knowledge never stops.” She has eagerly made the most of that process during her time at Saint Ben’s. As her adviser, Assistant Professor of environmental studies Corrie Grosse, observed, “She is one of the most organized and mature students I know. When we had our first advising meeting, she arrived with a four-year plan of classes to meet her degree requirements, color coded and mapped out in a spreadsheet.” She has demonstrated a heart for service in her on-campus work and her internship experiences.
