Nomination Guidelines: The recognition program is open to all administrative and support staff employees who are in good standing and employed at the College of Saint Benedict, Saint John's University or the Order of Saint Benedict (conducting Saint John's Abbey, Preparatory School, and Liturgical Press). Nominees must have completed at least one year of continuous service prior to being nominated and be employed in a position with at least a .50 FTE (20 hours per week).
There are four categories of evaluation for extraordinary performance: Commitment to Excellence, Role Model/Personal Work Style, Leadership and Benedictine Values.

A committee will review nominations semi-annually and grant extraordinary performance awards to two staff members twice a year. The committee is comprised of the CSB/SJU Human Resources Director, two administrative staff, and two support staff. Award recipients are honored at a luncheon and recieve an engraved commemorative and a personal holiday. In addition, the honorees may choose either a savings bond or a donation to their designated charity.

By submitting this nomination, please be aware that the employee you are nominating may request and receive a copy of this nomination. Thank you for taking the time to recognize a colleague for their extraordinary performance!
