Apply to Study Abroad

Steps To Apply:

Learn more about the timeline and process in our Plan and Apply Canvas module.
Create an account on the CSBSJU-Global Portal, then filter to your program of choice.
Complete and submit the application by the deadline found on the CSBSJU-Global Portal.
Once submitted, CGE will review your application and change your application status to “In Review.”
After the deadline found on the CSBSJU-Global Portal, the program director will let you know the next steps in the application process (interview required for semester programs, optional for short-term programs).
Receive notice of acceptance and commit to program, then complete initial onboarding forms.
Receive and complete orientation information from CGE and your program director.
Check your personal dashboard on the CSBSJU-Global Portal for required pre-departure forms and documents.

2025-2026 Semester Study Abroad Application Deadline: Tuesday, February 4th at noon.

Austria – Salzburg (Fall Semester)

Greece – Athens (Fall Semester)
Ireland – Cork (Spring Semester
Italy – Rome (Fall Semester)
Japan – Tokyo (Fall Semester)
South Africa – Stellenbosch (Spring Semester)
Spain – Seville (Spring Semester)
United Kingdom – London (Fall Semester)
United Kingdom – London (Spring Semester)
