Join Zydeco musician, Terrance Simien, for a live streamed cooking demo just for our audiences! Terrance is an 8th generation Louisiana Creole and the recipe he'll be sharing is his family’s very own traditional gumbo. Terrance will share bits of Creole history and culture along with this family favorite recipe.
This live stream will be co-hosted by St. Joe’s own Mateo Mackbee, chef and owner of Krewe Restaurant.
