I Can't View My eBilling Statement - Why?

Blocking pop-ups may interfere with some of our websites when making a payment on an account.

If you receive a message saying a pop-up was blocked or an additional page does not open after clicking My Account, you may need to change your pop-up blocker settings so that you can access the bill payment screen.  Please refer to the information below on how to disable pop-up blockers in several major browsing applications.

Internet Explorer 10 & 11

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu or gear icon  on the browser toolbar, click Internet Options and click the Privacy tab.
  3. Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
  4. Click OK.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the Privacy section, click Content Settings.
  5. In the Pop-ups section, check Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
  6. Click Done twice.

Safari

  1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Uncheck Block pop-up windows.

Firefox

  1. Click the Open menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Uncheck Block pop-up windows.

Note: If you want to block pop-ups within your browser, after accessing your account, you can follow the instructions again and turn on the blocking of pop-ups.
