Holiday Hours and Shipping Options

When placing a web order to receive in time for Christmas, please be aware of our business hours.

• Orders will only be processed and shipped Mondays through Fridays.
• Most orders are processed either the same day or the next business day.
• If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will email you, please check the email address listed on your order.
• Please note that BOTH the CSB Bookstore and the SJU Bookstore will be CLOSED over the Christmas and New Years Holiday, December 22 through January 2.  We will be processing orders until noon on Dec. 21, and then again starting January 3 when we re-open.
• UPS and FedEx Delivery is only guaranteed if express shipping is selected. (The Bookstores will not be able to guarantee any shipping issues)
• UPS and FedEx Ground packages are not guaranteed.
• UPS and FedEx pick up is mid afternoon every Monday - Friday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (noon)  Dec. 21 may not leave our stores until after the new year.
• If you have questions about a package reaching you by a specific date, please call the CSB/SJU Bookstores at 800-420-4509 and we can let you know when your package will leave our stores.
