College Activities: I was very involved in college and took full advantage of what CSB/SJU has to offer!  As a result I have a lifetime of memories and wonderful friendships. While at CSB/SJU, I was a member and two-year captain of the Blazer Softball team. Go Blazers!  I wrote for The Record and took over duties as sports editor my senior year. I was a Student Manager at McGlynn's and in my spare time I played some intramural volleyball and basketball. Undoubtedly, one of the best things I did was spend the fall semester of my junior year studying abroad in China.

Fun Facts: I grew up in a family restaurant which meant I was never without a job! My parents continue to own and operate The Lidderdale Country Store, a catering business in my hometown of Lidderdale, Iowa. Yes, it is on the map! I love sports, cooking, traveling and movies. My husband and I have two daughters, Claire (7) and Lydia (5). We are also proud parents to a greyhound named Audrey. We adopted her from Greyhound Pets of America, a non-profit organization that finds homes for ex-racing greyhounds.
