Annual Reporting
Annual Reports are broken in two submissions with different due dates throughout the year. They are:
Program Review Action Plan
Program review is geared towards the department updating progress towards meeting Action Plan items, determined at the time of the program review. This report is due May 31st of each academic year.
Assessment Plan
The purpose of an assessment plan is to use assessment evidence to identify change and potential improvements that enhance student learning. The reports are largely based on department learning goals or outcomes.
