Student Opinion Surveys
The Office of Academic Assessment and Effectiveness facilitates administration of providing the CSB/SJU course surveys courtesy of IASystem. Through these course surveys, students provide feedback to faculty on satisfaction with the course and instruction. Administration of the surveys adheres to the directives found in Part IV of the Faculty Handbook.

Forms: IASystem provides several sample evaluation forms. The IASystem course evaluation is available online as standard forms, but there is the opportunity for instructors to add additional questions to the forms.
