Stickwork was taken down via a controlled burn on Jan. 6.
After more than three years spent welcoming visitors, Stickwork was taken down via a controlled burn.
The piece of art, named "Lean on Me," was built by volunteers under the direction of artist Patrick Dougherty in September 2012. The piece was made of local materials harvested from the Saint John's Abbey Arboretum.
