- Six person apartments. These apartments make up the majority of the complex. They have a shared kitchen / living area with a bathroom and two single bed bedrooms on the ground floor. Four single bed bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor.
- Single person apartments. These apartments are all on one level, either a ground floor unit or a second floor unit. Each apartment has a shared kitchen / living area with a bathroom and one single bed bedroom.
- Climate controlled.
- There is a large laundry facility in each complex. (Machines are available to use at no cost, but you must provide your own laundry detergent.)
- Vehicle parking located across the road from the building.
- Located right next to the Nicol walking bridge that connects lower and upper campus.
