Through their Eyes: Experiences of Mexican Immigrants in Green Bay, Wisconsin

By Kathryn Ebben

Through their Eyes is a book that attempts to bridge the immigration divide by providing information to non-immigrants about this phenomenon.  Divided into three parts, this book contains information on Mexico and Mexican immigration with a specific focus on Green Bay, Wisconsin, interviews with six Mexican immigrants in Green Bay, and conclusions drawn between the interviews and the background information presented on this topic.  By providing both background information and interviews with immigrants as well as discussion questions about this topic, Through their Eyes seeks to promote honest dialogue between individuals and, with time, work to build a stronger, more inclusive community.
