Member Appreciation Open House & Fundraiser

Sunday, Sept 26, 2021 | 1:00-4:00 p.m.

This year, instead of a holiday affair, we will gather outdoors under the canopy of the oak savanna in September to celebrate and honor our members and special guests.  And with the generosity of many local artists and businesses, our silent auction fundraiser will continue to be a festive way to support our programming.

In case of inclement weather, pencil in our rain date of Sunday, October 10. We will post an update on this website and email a confirmation to the RSVP list by 3 p.m. Sat, Sept 25 regarding the status of the event.

Before You Come 

• Parking is near the SJU tennis courts (P2 on the SJU campus map).
• It is a 1/4-mile walk from parking to the festivities, over somewhat hilly terrain. If you need handicap parking or a shuttle service, please indicate it on your RSVP so we can plan to serve you!
• Some seating will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own chairs or picnic blankets.
