Homelessness Study Tour (2011)

On Monday, November 7, 2011, Robson Scholars Kelci Reiner and Evan Lowder organized a study tour that gave students the chance to learn more about homelessness. They visited the Dorothy Day Center, a Catholic Charities-based homelessness shelter in St. Paul, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, a government agency at the center of homelessness policy in Minnesota, and the Hearth Connection, a nonprofit that acts as an intermediary between government and local groups to end homelessness in Minnesota. Below are a few photos of the students at the sites.
