Cataloging/Metadata Librarian  
Janice Rod Catalogs theology, juvenile, foreign languages, HMML, Benedictina, Artists’ Books, originals, Browsing, serials, reference. Oversees original cataloging. Supervises Materials Description Associates.
Materials Description Associates  
Don Neu Catalogs scores, music recordings, and books about music, creates metadata for music materials. Assists the Preservation Specialist. Performs database maintenance.
Don Renshaw Catalogs new English language monographs, media, spoken sound recordings, e-resources, Arca Artium, Government Documents. Performs database maintenance.
Preservation Specialist  
Andrew Goltz, OSB Repairs and conserves library materials, trains processing students on proper application of plastic book covers. Provides preservation expertise campus-wide.
Quality Control Associate  
Victoria Weisen Manages the Processing and Quality Control unit. Supervises processing students, verifies accuracy of new bibliographic records added to the online catalog, processes withdrawals, changeovers, and relabels. Provides departmental statistics. Performs database maintenance.
Systems Librarian  
Tess Kasling Oversees all operations of the Discovery Systems department. Provides technical support for library digital/online systems and services, investigates new emerging technologies for use locally, provides part-time research help service. Music liaison. Supervises Cataloger/Metadata Librarian, Quality Control Associate, Preservation Specialist.
