Event & A/V Support

Instructional Technology offers a range of technical services and equipment for campus events and functions. Any department, group or individual that would like to make an event or A/V support request including presentation support, audio support, and video recordings should be made by completing an A/V Support Request Form. The Classroom & A/V Support division will then review the order and contact the requester for more details as needed. We can accommodate a number of technology demands and campus locations to make sure your event is a success! 

Event & A/V support services are subject to our Billing Policy. If a support request is made within 2 business days of the event date, a $30.00 late fee will be applied to the service. Services that take place within a classroom are exempt from charges.
