What can I expect from my first meeting with a trainer?

Your first meeting is a chance for you and your trainer to get to know each other. You will always meet with the same trainer. At the first meeting your fitness goals will be discussed and the trainer will evaluate your fitness ability. A general health form will also be filled out at this time. After gathering necessary information, it takes the trainer at least one week to design a personalized program, therefore a second meeting is usually necessary.
