CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering aerobics to be a fun way to improve their fitness level!

Class Schedule

Classes will begin Wednesday, January 14th.

Monday
4:30-5:30pm: Kettlebells, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:15pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Zumba Toning, Aerobics Studio

Tuesday
9:30-10:15am: Pilates, Aerobic Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:30pm: Step, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Butts & Gutts, Aerobic Studio

Wednesday
4:30-5:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall
5:30-6:15pm: Total Body Conditioning, Aerobics Studio
6:15-7:00pm: Yoga Sculpt, Aerobics Studio
9:30pm: Kickboxing, Aerobic Studio
9:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall

Thursday
9:30-10;15pm: Pump it Up, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:15pm: Butts & Gutts, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall
5:30-6:00pm: All About Abs, Aerobic Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Pilates, Aerobics Studio
7:15-8:00pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio

Friday
4:30-5:30pm-- Zumba, Aerobics Studio
