A temporary Health Center opened up in Murray Hall on August 12, 2009 while a permanent center was being constructed on the ground level of Lottie Hall

"The opening of CSB Health Services on campus marks the beginning of CSB students having access to an on-campus health clinic designed specifically for them!! CSB Health Services will start the year operating out of our temporary Murray Hall location (sharing space with CSB Campus Ministry). We will be able to assist the women of CSB with many of their health care needs.  Current services include: vaccinations, treatment of minor, acute illnesses and injuries, rashes, allergies, mental health concerns and health counseling. Additional services such as well-women exams will be available when the CSB Health Center opens in the lower level of Lottie Hall." (from the CSB Health Services website, Sept. 15, 2009)

The completed Health Center opened in the fall of 2009.  The CSB Health Center includes the CSB office of CSB and SJU Counseling & Health Promotion and CSB Health Services.  When the CSB Health Center opened, its full-time staff included Michael Ewing, Director of CSB and SJU Counseling & Health Promotion; Barb Buesing, Office Coordinator; Jeani Donnay, RN/NP; Suzanne Kelly, RN/RD; Roxie Antil, LPN; and  St. Joseph physician Dr. Julia Craig-Muller as cooperating physician, who came to campus several hours per week.
