What is a sustaining gift?
Any automated perpetual gift to Saint Ben’s.
Do I have to give with a credit card or can it be a debit card?
You can use either kind of card.
Can I do an EFT?
Yes! Just fill out the form online and mail it in.
How do I update the frequency or amount of my gift?
If you want to change the frequency or amount of your sustaining gift, you can do so in two ways:
- Fill out our online form to make a gift. In the comment box write: “please replace my current automated gift with this new automated gift.”
- Call Deb Linnemann at 320-363-5013 with your credit card handy, and we will do it for you.
What happens when my credit card expires?
Like the instructions above for changing the frequency or amount of your gift, there are two ways to fix this:
- Fill out our online form to make a gift. Since your old card is expired or inactive, this will take the place of the card no longer active.
- Call Deb Linnemann at 320-363-5013 with your credit card handy, and we will do it for you.
I want to switch the credit/debit card my automated gift is coming out of, but my current card is still active. How do I switch cards?

How do I stop by automated gift?
You can contact Deb Linnemann at 320-363-5013 or email her at [email protected] and let us know that you want your gift to stop.
How do I change my contact information?

Where does my gift go?
Your gift goes where you originally designated the gift. If you did not designate your gift, the default is Current Scholarships. This means 100 percent of your gift goes directly to scholarships for a current student. You can always change your designation to a place that most inspires you. For example, you can give to Arts Scholarships, Bennie Gamechangers and more. Can I email my credit card number to Saint Ben’s?
For security reasons, we recommend never emailing your credit card number to anyone, including CSB.
