  • Arrive at boarding locations at least 15 minutes in advance of departure time OR before claiming luggage.
  • Cancellations must be made before 5:00 PM of the BUSINESS DAY prior to the travel date to be eligible for refunds.
  • Luggage is limited to 3 pcs./person.  Extra or oversized luggage is subject to additional charges.
  • Stops at official locations only.
  • Drivers are unable to wait beyond scheduled departure times.
