September 2 - Off-campus Housing Request forms available
October 14 - Off-campus Housing Request forms due
Thanksgiving Recess: Tuesday, November 26 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, December 1 at 9 a.m.
December 1 - Signed off-campus acceptance letters due
Winter Break: Wednesday, December 20 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, January 14 at 9 a.m.
Spring 2014 Semester
January 14 - Residences halls open at 9 a.m.
- Move-in for new students and students returning from study abroad begins at 9 a.m.
January 16 - RA Information Session , 9:00-9:30 pm
January 20 - RA applications due
January 27 - RA application essays due (3)
January 31 - Fedruary 7 - RA interviews with FRs/RAs
February 7-14 - RA interviews with Director
February 20 - Notifications of RA positions sent
February 28 - Room Selection Registration Form must be completed and submitted
Spring Break: Friday, Fedruary 28 at 8 p.m. to Sunday, March 9 at 9 a.m.
March 10 - Approved RA candidates return acceptance letters to Housing Office
March 18 - SJU Room Selection 2013: 6-person Apartments, Quad 264, 4 p.m.
March 24 - SJU Room Selection 2013: 4-person Apartments, Quad 264, 4 p.m.
April 2 - SJU Room Selection 2013: General Selection, Quad 264, 4 p.m. – Returning and Rising Seniors; Rising Juniors
April 4 - SJU Room Selection 2013: General Selection, Quad 264, 4 p.m. - Rising Sophomores
End of Year closing:
- All students Friday, May 16 at 8 p.m.
