Health Insurance
All new and returning students are required to have a health insurance policy in place while attending CSB. Make sure you have submitted your health insurance information through the Forms Portal by August 10, 2013.
Those students participating in intercollegiate sports must have their insurance information submitted by their designated due date (please refer to the CSB Athletic Training website for due dates). Students are required to have a health insurance policy in force while attending the College of Saint Benedict. A student will be enrolled in and billed for the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan from Student Assurance Services (SAS) unless the student carries comparable insurance and submits the waiver via this survey by the deadline date of August 10, 2013. Students who do not complete the Verification of Health Insurance in the Forms Portal by the deadline will be billed the full amount of the annual SAS premium, which is $923 for the 2013-2014 school year. Insurance is also available for intercollegiate athletes for an additional $1,262 for the 2013-2014 school year.
