Caller of the Week
The Caller of the Week is selected based on performance statistics. Each week the callers are given an incentive to work towards in order to improve their performances. This week's incentive was pledges. Callers worked to receive as many pledges and raise as many dollars for student scholarships as they could.

Emma made $600 with a 33.33% pledge rate. Two of those pledges were on credit cards totaling $425.
Callers of the Month
The first Caller of the Month is also selected based on performance statistics. Common criteria used to evaluate performances include: highest pledge dollars, greatest number of pledges, highest participation rate, greatest number of gifts on credit card, and greatest number of matching gifts. The second Caller of the Month is selected based on nominations from fellow callers and supervisors. A caller may be nominated for a great conversation she had with an aluma, or for a kind act she did for another caller.
Natalie made $2,320 in 36 pledges. Out of those 36 pledges, she got 15 of them on credit cards raising $935!
