Bennies Give Back
Here's the deal. Barb Torborg Melsen '78 and Kathy Kurvers Henderson '85 feel so strongly about our efforts to increase the percentage of alums who take part in annual giving. So they've given us a challenge. For every 50 alums who make their annual gift before June 30, 2013 (the end of our fiscal year) Saint Ben's will receive $1,000 for current scholarships, up to $10,000!
Why does participation matter? To put it simply, your annual gifts not only provide money for student scholarships and the future of Saint Ben's, but they also increase the value of the Saint Ben's degree you all share. The participation percentage is one of the ways Saint Ben's is measured and ranked against other institutions.
Make a gift online now. If we meet this challenge, and every alumna who gives stretches herself and gives $100, we will have an additional $60,000 for the next generation of Bennies.
