Education: B.A. from College of St. Benedict in Biology; 2005.  PhD from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in Genetics and Molecular Biology; 2011.

Research Interests: cell cycle, cell cycle checkpoints, genetic interactions, Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Courses taught:  Bio 121 lecture and lab, Bio 222 lab, Genetics 316 lecture and lab.

Recommended advisor for: students interested in molecular biology, genetics, molecular genetics and students interested in Graduate School.
